When you submit our quote form, email us or send a WhatsApp message, we receive the details you provide. These may include your name, company, email address, delivery address, telephone number, product requirements, artwork and correspondence.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and artwork, process agreed orders, arrange payment and delivery, and deal with order queries. Order and invoice records may also be needed for accounting and other legal obligations.

A file reaches us only when you choose to attach it to an email, WhatsApp message or quote request. Submitting the quote form sends your contact details, product requirements and any attached file to FormSubmit for delivery to sales@sandycroft-workwear.co.uk. FormSubmit retains form submissions for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Its spam check may connect your browser to Google reCAPTCHA. The website does not operate an online checkout. No advertising or analytics integrations have been added to this website. Hosting and security services may process technical access information needed to deliver and protect the site.
WhatsApp buttons open a message addressed to our business mobile, 07935 218058. The message is sent only when you choose to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes messages and technical information under its own privacy terms.
Google Maps
The contact page includes a Google Maps embed to help with arranged collections. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under its privacy policy.
